Itineraries
One of the hardest things about travelling can be working out an itinerary. By that I mean choosing where you want to go. Once you've done that, you're on your way...well, you've started at least! Work with your own list(s) of places you want to visit and note them all down. As you start to add in elements such as time you have, budget, transport and geographical locations, the itinerary will start to reveal itself.
There are many ways of putting together an itinerary depending on your style of travel. But whether you’re a wing-it traveller or a chart a spreadsheet with timings and notes, it’s a good idea to have a base plan as your central point – you can adjust and change as you progress, but getting some basics into place will let you customise to your style.
I mainly specialise in creating itineraries for Europe, United Kingdom, Russia, Australia and New Zealand, but am familiar with some parts of Canada, USA and Asia. Whilst I don't book directly with agents or venues, I know how to craft resources into reality. Have a look through the sample itineraries below (the first few are free!) to get some ideas flowing, and contact me if you need a bespoke plan or get stuck with your own process - it won't cost the earth and will help you create your ideal itinerary.
Once you've had a look through the itineraries ideas, and wandered through a sample of foods and drinks you might want to try, jump over to the Planning Tools page for more help in piecing together your travel.
